opening a a new window from a site u r on ie e-bay

when on ebay i can't go and open my e-bay or messages because i geta message
that it can't connect. this happens on all sites that i'm looking at that has
a link to a part of the same company that requires a new window


help needed

I'm not sure if the issue is web site related or IE related. If you're
having other issues with IE, try this solution:



This process will restore the original setting in IE and may help fix
your issue.
