LLTD Responder won't install

First, I'd like to thank those who provided the info to install the
responder manually. My config is off of a Verizon FIOS: PC7 is a laptop
Vista Home Prem SP1, PC3 is a laptop XP Tablet PC 2005 SP3, PC6 is a
desktop XP Pro SP2, PC5 is a desktop XP Pro SP3. The non-vista PCs see
each other and can map to each other, they still show the Vista PC in
the Microsoft Network List, but gets not-permitted when trying to map.
On the Vista machine the full network map shows all PCs, but don't show
anywhere else for mapping.

Basically HELP !!
