Blank file which can't be deleted, changed, opened or moved.

Hi,

I found a nameless hidden blank file in my user directory the other
day. It has no size, no name, no nothing. It can't be given a name,
can't be moved, deleted, changed or opened. I only see it in Windows
Explorer, not in a command shell and not in other file managers like
FreeCommander even having it set to see system and hidden files. If put
up a screen shot of it here:

What could it be and can I get rid of it somehow?

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate SP1.

Thanks, I did. Didn't work since the file isn't locked. The main
problem seems to be it's totally without content.
