Problem Reports and Solutions
I have never had any luck with the above programme. I check for new solutions
to various problems which can vary from 3 to 56 problems in total yet every time I run check for solutions I get the same message(there are no solutions at this time, please try again later) If there are never any solutions what is the point of this programme at all? |

Re: Problem Reports and Solutions
What areas are you crashing in? What's a couple sample fault bucket numbers from your crashes? There are often solutions available. Reports get sent, things get looked into. I help on some of this stuff as a hobby (there are teams that do that as a job, I just consider it another way to help improve the Windows ecosystem), and sometimes it can take a while to drill down to the exact cause and then you need to follow up to get the right solution in place, etc. It should be pretty highly beneficial to the computing ecosystem over time, but there's never any magic bullet solution that just makes crashes go away. =\ Anyways, post up the problem reports you're dealing with and I'll take a look. -- Speaking for myself only. See for some helpful WMP info. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. -- "GillB" <> wrote in message news:... >I have never had any luck with the above programme.
