I hope I'm in the right group. I need someone to help me to get my fax to

Your PC is probably not able to communicate with your Fax m/c, you may

Vista Premium does not have a fax component.

If you start to take care and be more precise in your communication and
comprehension most of your problems will be solved. Go to the Brother web site and download the Vista drivers. Read the FAQ and troubleshooting section. Maybe you'll see something there that mirrors your problem since you've shared no information here about your problem. Your model number was even misstated.
