Blocked Programs, Unable to override
Right after startup known good programs want to lauch but they are blocked.
I was advised to disable DEFENDER - done to no avail. Windows Vista itself is blocking the programs. I click the taskbar icon and select view blocked programs but have no access to ENABLE them. |
