Re: Bluescreen
Do you think you could be a little more helpful. When does it crash. If
you can get to the desktop, go to System Properites/advanced and turn off automatic restart so you will get a stable blue screen. Post a New Post with the information on the screen and when and what you are doing when it crashes. Re: Bluescreen
Hey Bec10--
As John indicates, that informations looks official and when collected at Redmond it's of help to teams at MSFT. It doesn't help us or MVPs help you. Some of the blue screen messages are "somewhat" specific and provide varying degrees of help. Not all of them do, but you can give us a shot. Sometimes they point the way towards a hardware cause of the BSOD or a sofware cause, and could be both at times. One thing is clear. You aren't in a no boot situation, so once you get the info on the Blue Screen as John suggested, post the main error message in English words with the numbers after the words. Thanks. Good luck, CH "Bec10" <> wrote in message news:... > Errors, comp keeps crashing, help please. > Fault bucket X64_0x19_22_nt!CcDeleteSharedCacheMap+fffffffffffc 3c54, type > 0 > and > Fault bucket X64_0x19_22_Ntfs!NtfsFreeEresource+69, type 0 > and > Fault bucket X64_0x1a_41790_nt!MiDeleteVirtualAddresses+fffffff ffffa9e41, > type 0 |

Re: Bluescreen
Hi You should say what your doing like what program your opening because normally a Bluescreen of death is caused by a bad driver so it would help to know what program your booting before we can help sorry i must sound like a real ass huh -- AlexiLaiho |
