Vista BSOD error..BBCode 50

SO RECENTLY I LOADED UP VISTA X64 FOR THE FIRST TIME ON MY PC AND NO
PROBLEMS THE FIRST 3 DAYS THEN SUDDENLY TODAY I GET THESE ERRORS. BELOW
IS THE MOST RECENT ERROR, I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET THE ONE BEFORE IT.
BUT I HAVE ATTACHED BOTH .DMP FILES FROM EACH OF THE BSOD. PLEASE HELP
ME! I AM PRETTY INEXPERIENCED WITH VISTA AND SO FAR ITS BEEN A POOR
EXPERIENCE.

Some undentified hardware trouble...
There wasn't file *MEMORY.DMP* in *C:\Windows* ? I attache second
debuged *.DMP file which is differrent which you attached.

Can't upload the Memory.dmp because it is 144mb. Ah I guess I'm out of
luck.

Pack this file and upload it on 'RapidShare: Easy Filehosting '

or debug this file yourself -size file shouldn't be obstacle to
debug...I can debug so big files also
