Try right-clicking the program link and select "run as administrator"

hurrah!! problem is fixed! Took ages, system (brand new) was running slower and slower, IE7 kept freezing/ terminating link. Started to think it was avirus, despite having antivirus (CA), scans all -ve. Finally discovered it was the blooming anti-virus itself which, although ran fine on XP, total nightmare with vista. de-installed it, downloaded AVG antivirus free, et voila!! no more problems!! been running it for few days now, no more freezing, can upload photos to all websites, so anyone else having this prob, ck your anti-v is compatible with vista- many are not!! hope this helps- good luck!
