I have a new dell laptop with windows vista I can not get it to shut down,
even when I turn it off when I trurn it back on it says logging off, and that
is it I can not do anything on it. HELP

try to use ERD COMMANDER 2005 disk
stands for Emergency Recovery Disk..

just try to search on the internet what it is and how it works..

just try to use the SYSTEM RESTORE of ERD. to roll back the system..
