Spooge drivers missing

When I try to run the game Warhammer Dawn of War it comes up with the error
"Spooge drivers not found, verify directx intalled". According to THQ, the
game developer, it is an issue with the Nvidia Geforce gaphics card and
Windows Vista. I have the latest drivers, its a brand new machine. Anyone got
any clues how to resolve this?

Install DX9.0C latest version. Vista comes with missing DX9 file. That may
be the issue.

Someone has a weird sense of humor. Spooge is a slang term for semen.
