Re: Recording audio
I don't know if mine is the same problem, but when I try to record something
coming through the sound card on my powerspec v101, the only choice for recording is through the line in jack. I can't record any audio. Is this something with Vista, Or the RealTek built in sound card? "Cal Bear '66" wrote: > I believe that the current Sigma Tel audio driver does not have a "Stereo Mix" > option yet. Re: Recording audio
Realtek AC'97 or Realtek HD Audio?
If Realtek HD Audio, right click on the Speaker icon in the Notification Area of the Taskbar and Select Recording Devices. In the Recording window, right click on an empty area of the window and check both "Show Disconnected Devices" and "Show Disabled Devices". Stereo Mix should appear. If it does not, you should update the Realtek HD audio drivers from here: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...Audio%20Codecs NOTE: you may have to run the driver install twice: once to remove the older drivers, and again to actually install the newer driver. -- I Bleed Blue and Gold GO BEARS!
