AutoExpand Folder shortcut with > 100 files in Folder

If I right click and drag a folder to the desktop and create a shortcut,
when I click on the shortcut the folder will open with folder selected
and expanded in the folder pane. but as soon as I get more than 101
files/directories in the folder it will only be selected, not expanded.

Where can I change the number of entries allowed before it decides not
expand it?
