i was wondering if there were DM servers in CDO4, ya know where 10
players frag each other. and the first player to reach 30 (or whatever
it's set as) wins.

modded servers allow you to pick the game rules as you see fit so its
really just a case of finding the servers with your preferred game play

i average about 11.000 servers at any 1 time ....instant action
!!!!!!!!

Matter of taste. COD4 is good if you like being lead around by a nose ring.
I don't, I prefer more open ended shooters. Armed Assault is more to my
liking.

I was talking about SP. Haven't even tried the MP yet. Anyway, I don't see
what all the hoopla about COD4 SP is about because so far it is boring and
you are led around by a nose ring. Real men play Armed Assault or Red
Orchestra online, COD4 is for pimply faced teens.

follow up to my own post: I tried COD4 MP yesterday in team deathmatch
mode. The maps are far too small and it becomes just a Doom-like slug fest.
Very boring and as I said before is a game aimed at pimply faced teens and
not people into hardcore military simulations.

It's fun, the leveling kindda makes it obivous that I don't play too often
resulting in a gang up, it's a bit annoying, but it is a really good game.
high points for the single player campaign. top notch.

Sounds like someone has no game. Sims as soooo boring, gimmie fun in a
video game anyday. The single player game in CoD is one of the best stories
I've played through in a long time, if you're not into playing out the
events of some unsung heroes (fictional, I assume), well then you won't be
into it I guess.

That said, I saw a 5 minute rough cut of Pacific yesterday (Spielburg/Hanks
follow up to Saving Private Ryan), WOW. I hope it ends up good.

It's actually quite embarrasing some of the mouthing off that goes on. I
honestly think 360 gamers are some of the biggest "closet homo***uals" on
the planet, but good luck getting them to admit it.

It's a maturity thing, fortunatly turning off voice chat is easy enough.
CoD4 is horrid. Too many generals in the hen-house I think.
