Different user accounts viewing same Mail account

Hi,

I've just come into the world of Vista from 98SE, so please be gentle
with me!

Our family has one email address. I have set up separate Windows user
accounts for each member of the family. Is there a way of setting up
Mail so that everyone can see all emails downloaded rather than just
those that have been downloaded while in that Windows user account?

Hope I've made my query clear!

You can set WM to leave a copy of each message on the server so that you can
get mail to both users.

Tools>accounts>select account>properties>advanced tab.

Also select and set a sensible number of days to delete messages from the
server, to prevent the server mail box from filling up.

Do the above on both user Accounts, but only set the delete option on one of
them.

Why not set up a free gmail account for each user also, for privacy etc?

You can set them up to come to WM via POP or IMAP.
