Cant get my new email acount to work??

I have set up a new email address but when testing it comes back with the
following error message? can anyone help?

account "pop.ntlworld.com" server smtp.ntlworld.com
protocol smtp, server response 421
aamtaout02-winn.ispmail.ntl.com connection refused from 85.211.226.161) port
25
secure SSL. No, server error 421, error number 0x800ccc67

The error message indicates you are connecting from a connection
owned by Gotadsl.co.uk, which is not the same outfit as NTL.
In general, you are not allowed to make a port 25 connection to a
server that is on a different network. For more on this policy, see

The workaround is to substitute your ISP's SMTP server.
