error message when trying to email from businessworks software

Subject 'May FS-Budgeted', Account: 'bellsouth', Server:
'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC7B

I can't figure out how to correct this error message. I have always used
bellsouth with no problems, but now have windows email interferring...have I
changed some setting by accident?

Were you sending from home when you got that error, or were you
using a laptop away from home?

Another possibility is a non-compatible antivirus. Which antivirus are
you using, and is it configured to scan emails?
