Hi there,

Very luckily, I found the solution on another forum. And now I want to
share with all of you since some of you will inevitably meet this
problem. Before I post the solution, I just want to clarify my problem.

Actually, the problem is caused by the incompatible codecs. There are
many symptoms such as *cannot play video file*, *cannot preview the file
in the explorer*, *cannot view the files in the recycle bin*, *error
with COM Surrogate*, etc.

And here is the solution! What you have to do is just go to the link
below and download the codec provided. After that everything will be
solved.
