Media Player 11 - Converting WMA Files, Bit Rates

Running Media Player 11 on XP. All files in library are WMA Lossless. Syncing
files to Zen Micro. Looking to up the bit rate on the synched files. It
appears the highest I can set it to is WMA 192kbps. I would like to up that
to 320kbps, but Windows Media Player does not seem to support that. Is there
a way to do that with Media Player or do I need to look at a 3rd party
converter tool?
