Did you try adding the printer using Administrator privs? Just go to the Control Panel > Printers > Run As Administrator > Add Printer. This process allowed me print on the network printer. Unfortunately, MS Word will not work at all if the network printer is setup as the default and was not added by the administrator. -- umbrellasys |
