Can't send large e-mails

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Fw: Confession interactive', Account: 'POP3', Server:
'SMTP1.nb.sympatico.ca', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 Exceeded
allowable connection time, disconnecting.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

I'm sorry to hear that. You forgot to tell us:

1. How large is "large". (Most ISPs cap the size of emails/attachments.)
2. What mail client you are using.
3. Anything about your computer.
4. The answer to The First Question of Troubleshooting: Assuming this
process once worked, what changed between the time things worked and the
time they didn't?
5. What you have already done to troubleshoot.
6. How you connect to the Internet (method).
