When I try to use microsoft clip gallery in office or Micrografx draw it tells me it has encountered a problem and shuts down. It says Microsoft applications will need to be installed again.

Re: microsoft clip gallery
Office 2000 is what I had been using when it messed up and later I added home and student 2007 to see if it would help but it didn't. I don't think I have deleted anything but I'm not the only one to use the computer.

Re: microsoft clip gallery
Have you uninstalled previous office versions before installing Office 2007 ?
Also what is the error message that you receive (and any error codes) ? Open Microsoft Clip organizer from Microsoft Office Tools, from the Tools menu, click 'Compact'. if that still doesn't eliminate the error, search for this file mstore10.mgc The default location will be : C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer Note - AppData is a hidden folder. Rename mstore10.mgc to mstore10.mgc.old Run clip organizer again and a new Mstore10.mgc file will be created automatically. See if the crashing is solved now. |
