Cant delete files
When I cant delete files and Windows states that a program uses the file. Is
there anyway I can see which program it is? |

Process Explorer for Windows v10.21
Handle v3.20 Open Handles (oh.exe): This command-line tool shows the handles of all open windows. The tool can also be used to show only information that relates to a specific process, object type, or object name.
