Blue Screen

Hello All,
I have a problem, while on vactaion, my laptop "died"

On Sunday, it started up and fine and worked like a charm. On tuesday, on
start up it was REEEAALLLY slow. Later that day, while surfing the net, the
"blus screen of death" poped up. I restarted the system, and it said "no
operating system found" So
I figured that I would just reinstall windows when I got home no big deal.

When I turn on the computer, I get the Manufacturers welcome screen
(diagnostic, setup, etc.) and then the screen goes black.

When I turn of the system now it beeps twice. Any ideas?

manufacturer's mode is usually the MB or memory. Without being there
it would be hard to tell.

Always Backup. If you don't backup then you have yourself to blame if
you loose your Data.

Never said it was definately HD could be the MB or memory as I said
check with technical support. Without seeing the system knowing what
the BSOD is etc I can't be sure what the problem is. It's just a guess
from my end Manufacturer's mode sounds like MB to me but your
technical support people on your system are the experts on that
system.
