My Computer Problem - NEW Doesn't Work
I have had a lot of trouble with Windows trying to install long uninstalled
pograms on my computer, and lately it has been Corel Suite 11. I had uninstalled it a while ago, but it keeps coming back to haunt me. Now, whenever I'm in My Computer, and I right-click, everything works fine except for the New option. It used to start the installer. Now not even that happens. The installer window flickers for a split second, and then the right-click menu disappears, and I can't get it back again. I can't even access New on the File menu. Can anyone help me. (If this is the wrong forum, please let me know). Thanks a lot. |

Download and run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (WICU) from Microsoft site. Then remove the MSI information for "Corel Suite 11" using WICU.
