Re: KB923789!!!
I do know what affect the failure to install KB923789 but you need to resolve a failed update. Select, Start, Help and Support, Keep your Windows up- to-date with Windows Update, Review your Update History and click on the Failed Icon (if any) in the Status Column. What does it say for the failed update?? -- Hope this helps. Re: KB923789!!!
what was really strange is that all the failed updates had actually been
downloaded and installed as I saw them all in the Add/Remove programs...but windows/microsoft updates were telling me they were failed. The only one which was not there was yes!!
