Task Manager Processes

We have a user here whose Task Manager processes start opening up in
individual Windows on her desktop. The majority, if not all of her TM
processes open up in these windows. From her feedback, she is not doing the
same task each time this happens, but the latest time she said she was
attempting to use a "mailto" link to Outlook from a proprietary Access DB
application. We have attempted updating video drivers as one time she stated
she was switching from one window to another. Our latest attempt at a fix
was to reduce the size of her desktop wallpaper from "stretch" to "center".
Any suggestions?

RE: Task Manager Processes

I am getting the impression that the system processes are acting like full
executables. This would imply that the file associations are out of wack. I
would send the user to Doug Knox's site for the scripts to reassign those
file associations.
