accserv.mib, fx***t32.dll, lpdsvc.dll missing

When I try to reinstall elements of Windows components from the Windows
components Wizard under the Add/Remove Windows Components window, the
installations of various componentshave stoped because they cannot find
either "accserv.mib, fx***t32.dll, or lpdsvc.dll". The operations halts and
I am instructed to insert Windows XP Home Edition CD-ROMs. My Dell Inspiron
4600 was purchased new years ago from Dell and did not come with these discs,
but the software was pre-loaded. Help!!! Is there anywhere that I may
simply download these files? I have religiously installed all the service
packs, hotfixes, and other patches. I have only found references to these
files on the Microsoft and Dell websites, but no place to actually download
them. Help!!!!

The files for setup might be on a hidden partition. If not, Dell does sell
the setup disks on the support site.
