Hello
every time my friend starts up his HP pavillion t124a desktop, he gets error

right hand side of taskbar, is the 'safely remove hardware icon " i have
checked thoroughly for any media in machine and nothing.
he is running windows xp home 1gb ram AVG a.v.
he thinks the problem begun when he put in samsung DVD burner.
any help greatly appreciated.

Re: windows-no disk

Try putting a disc in the drive, and check the AVG settings, as it may
be trying to scan the burner.

Re: windows-no disk

To Solve the issue of Exception Processing c0000013,
first remove all stick drives (removable disks) from your computer
also remove a hub that holds these stick drives (if you have one), this resolves the issue.

after the issue solves itself, you can then plug back in yous USB drives.

happy computing...
