SHELLMON.EXE - DLL Initialzation failed...
When I go to shutdown my computer, I have to do the shutdown thing twice
before the system shutsdown.. I have gotten the following statement... "SHELLMON.EXE - DLL Initialzation failed... The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down." |
