AMD x64 4400+ processor shows only one CPU in task manager-XP Home
Hello,
I have a dual boot setup on my machine . When I boot to XP Pro 64 bit edition, in the task manager "performance" window I show 2 CPUs. When I boot to XP Home Edition (Service Pack 2) it shows only 1 CPU(In Device manager it shows 2 processors)! I have seen a multitude of posts on this issue, but none really answer the question of how to fix this problem. Can anyone tell me how to get Home Edition to see both CPUs in task manager? |

Open task manager..click the performance tab..click view..cpu history..one
graph per cpu and see if it helps.
