i experienced this one time when one of the chatters sent me lots of
PM's with nothing inside. It was like more than 30. They were so fast
that you cannot stop it. Because some chatters do this if they don't
like you even though your not doing anything to them and also they
like kicking out chatters. Please help me...God bless to you all

Somewhere in Yahoo Messenger you can click on Options or Preferences. Within
that there is a screen for Privacy or Security. Within that you can choose to
only allow your chosen friends/buddies to send you messages. All others won't
even be able to see you are online. That should prevent the avalanche of
messages.
