Advance Show hidden files and folders

I have it set to Show hidden Files and Folders but there are still some stuff
i dont want to see

AlbumArt_{1EC1B59C-C381-41AD-8E26-2D16B834B6DE
and
$NtUninstallKB835221WXP$ folders in Blue

is there a way to show all but still hide some, I knwo this is conderdicting
but...

Check "Hide protected operating system files."

um using xp and having a very strange problem

i wish this forum can help me, in my folder option when i press show hidden files and press ok. then i can't c my hidden files. after that i go to folder options again . it remains on "do not show hidden files"

what it cud be????
