can't delete files
Message comes up "cannot delete file. May be being used by another program"
and no other programs are open! |

You may think that no files are open but Windows thinks otherwise. These tools, when executed from a Command Prompt, tell you what's open: net session net file handle.exe () oh.exe (Windows Resource Kit) Try deleting the locked files while in Safe Mode. |

Press DEL + ALT + CTRL to bring up the Task manager and kill the running process for this program if it in the TSKMng then try the deletion, does it help?. Boot into Safe Mode and try the deletion. You can download this tool and make the deletion when you pin point the File. Try the free unlocker program, usually takes care of it
