I get the same message. It would have been more helpful to BossJR382 and others, including myself, if you would have been more specific in what information you need to HELP. MSN does NOT have any available info on the suffix "downloadhost", nor to MSN21c.downloadhost. Strange. And stranger yet there is no help on this frustrating msg that appears after a download is done, and appears when the downloaded program attempts to "run". I am using XP SP2. That's about all I can tell you.
