cannot copy access is denied

pretty rabbit

Can someone help me with this?i'am trying to download sotware and this is
what i get. cannot copy access is denied make sure disk is not full or write
protected.or this file is not in use. i have an older version of the software
that i'am trying to install.i have been trying to delete that software
and everytime i try to delete it i get the above message.in other words it
will not let me delete that file.
