Error message
need help please with an error message that comes up on my computer when I
start or restart my computer the error message is: c:\Program Files\qtsdijyr\qdlglan.dll Access is denied how can I fix this? Thank you |

did you try to take ownership of the file?
or do try this as well... http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sys...***plorer.mspx download the process XP. run the program, locate the program holding the process for this dll file... try to terminate it ... it should release the file .... Does the error prevent you accessing the Desktop?

With a directory name like "qtsdijyr" along with the fact that a seach
for "qdlglan.dll" returns no hits it's an almost safe bet that you are infected with malware of some sorts. thank you, I went to the site and downloaded the file but when I try to
open the program my computer shuts down and restarts. This happens with all my desk top programs except my internet icon. Some times when it restarts my desktop icons don't come up. I have to shut down my computer and then start it again. How do I try to take ownership of a file? Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks for any help you can give me. Yes sometimes it does. Other times my icons com up but the only one I can
click on that doesn't shut down my computer is the internet icon.
