you should just search for the msvcr80.dll file on your pc and or your
window cd,-- and then copy and paste it into the system32 file

hope you not useing norton suystem work- as norton give a error reading
for that dll

Download the msvcr80.dll from link and place in windows/system directory

don't just find the dll and copy it to system32! oui...

you need the VC++ 2005 redistributable, here:



and you're right, the .net installer should have done this for you.

FWIW, there is also a new one of the above for VC++ 2008, you could
install it too if you find you need it. google for it.
