Error loading NvCpl.dll - invalid access to memory location

Dear all, thanks for reading this message. I was upgrading my nvidia
driver last week and did remember to disable all the virus-scanning
services on the background and installed from there. However, after my
installation, from time to time I'm getting this weird pop-up message:

RUNDLL
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\NvCpl.dll
Invalid access to memory location.

Just wondering if anyone know of anything about this and how do I
trouble shoot the problem? Many thanks!

Drivers for nVidia hardware should be updated only if there is the need
for an update! Contact the tech support or revert to the previous driver.
