Windows Not Maximizing to Full Width
Hello,
Currently, windows on my primary monitor (I have dual display) will maximize to only about 1/2 the proper width. The taskbar and desktop still extend the full width of my monitor and when I restore down, I can manually extend the window to the full width. This problem has occurred sporadically in the the past; I'm not sure if it has always been the primary display. This time, it happened when when unlocked my Windows XP account. When I set my current secondary monitor as primary, the problem follows the primary assignment. The problem does not exists on the secondary monitor. I can fix the problem by rebooting, but would like to know the cause and a better solution. Please advise. Thanks, Calvin |
