Archive Open error?

Every time I use the Find function in Windows I get this:

Don't know what's causing it, if it's an unreadable file would like to know
wht it is.

Re: Archive Open error?

There was a JPEG of the error added which I thought was embedded in the
message but shows as an attachment.
The error is a box saying:
"Archive Open Error
An error occurred whan opening archive:
Plug-ins not found. (0x1B00003)
token - "Place Browser"
Tag - 0xAC6EA1C1803RF7BFC"
Same error regardless of what I'm searching for.
