Illegal System DLL Relocation

I have Windows XP (service pack 2) on my PC.

I have Flyakite OS X 3.0 installed on my system. It was working
beautifully but since last week, whenever I try to update my
bitdefender total security 2008 I get the following message :

bdwizreg.exe - Illegal System DLL Relocation

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will
not run properly. The relocation occured because the
DLL C;\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied an address
range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The Vendor supplying the DLL
should be contacted for a new DLL.

I tried to overcome this problem with microsoft updates but to no use.

a) I cannot update my bitdefender security daily updates
b) I cannot run my calculator
c) I cannot run Google Earth

Please help me rectify the problem.
