Mail Recipient missing in Send To menu

Using IE7 and OE6, my send to menu no longer lists mail recipient.
Searching for a solution I came across microsoft knowledge article ID
290797. Executing the fix did not work.

Would appreciate any ideas as to how to return mail recipient to the send to
menu. Thanks.

Asked/Answered in OE6 newsgroup. If you must make identical posts to
