Embedded Pictures

Hi, I'm currently using Microsoft outlook 7 for my emails, (on vista)
however when I receive an emails with embedded pictures that have moving
parts, (e.g. people walking or cars moving) I only receive a still picture,
I don't know how to alter my settings, Can anyone help ???????? Tks
