xp reinstall - "missing boot mngr"
I'm reinstalling xp but instead of booting to the cd as I have in the past
I'm getting " missing boot manager: press cntrl-alt-delete to reboot, again and again. Anyone know why. My hard drive is clean and formatted. Is my system not reading the install dvd or is this something else? How to from here? Thanks for any help. |

RE: xp reinstall - "missing boot mngr"
Open BIOS,set to boot to cd with xp in it,set hd as 2nd boot device. Also, even
with a formatted hd,at xp boot menu, delete the partition, create one, then let xp format & install auto.
