This processor belong to D-Link, do you have any network (Wired or wireless)
card for D-Link?.
If you do, try either update the Driver from the D-link website for your NIC
( Network Interface card) or uninstall then reinstall the Card from Device
Manager.

Note if you don't the D-Link utility to manage your wireless connection and
you are using WZC service try t disable or remove the Utility for the Vendor
(Not the driver) just the Wireless Management Utility.
HTH.

What Nass said, although other makes of Wlan adapters might also use
brand-customized versions of the (Alpha Networks?) utility. This software
was always problematic for me in XP, with errors like yours and memory leaks
too, so it is just as well to uninstall the WLAN configuration utility and
use Windows built in Wireless Zero instead.

That program seems to be from your wireless D-Link router. You might try:

- Remove the router software, then reinstall.

- Enter the model number, etc., here, do a seach and see if ANIWZCS2 is
mentioned:

http://support.dlink.com/supportfaq/

- From a Google Groups search:

"Alpha Networks’ Wireless Zero Configuration Service Loader. Thisis the
driver for the wireless PCI, PCMCIA (PC Card), or USB network adapters
made by the Taiwanese OEM manufacturer Alpha Networks Inc in which, at
the time of writing, 29‑May‑2005, D‑Link is a major shareholder. As an
OEM manufacturer Alpha Networks designs and manufactures connectivity
products for other companies to put their own badges, branding, and
packaging on those products. This means that you will find this
particular driver installed by the installation CDs of a number of
wireless brands, amongst them : AT&T, Blitzz, Cellvision Systems,
Conceptronics, D‑Link, and U.S. Robotics.

Recommendation :
This is the main driver for your wireless network card; it will not work
without it. Leave alone therefore."
