Transferring File names to Excel

I have a lot of Audio files in mp3 format and I want to transfer the file
names into a spreadsheet - not the files themselves. Is there a simple way
of doing this. Any help gratefully received.

You first get a list of all the files.
Then you import that list into your spreadsheet.

One way to get the list is:

Start/Run Cmd
cd <folder>
dir > file.txt
exit

There are other ways to get a list of files...

It is up to you to know how to load file.txt into your spreadsheet program.
