Re: Windows Error Message Help TIA

Sandy,

Are you trying to access a CD ROM with no media in it or a removed drive?

What you should do is look in the event logs for the exact error

Click START | CONTROL PANEL | ADMINISTRITIVE TOOLS | EVENT VIEWER

Lastly,

Spoof your AOL e-mail address unless you like spam

Does this same error message appear if you start the system in Safe Mode?
Restart the computer, as the BIOS splash screen disappears repeatedly tap
the F8 key until the Advanced Options menu appears. Higlight Safe Mode and
press enter. Login to your account. To start in normal mode, restart the
computer and proceed normally.
