Can't delete two files...not sure why
Hello,
I have two files. They are "VIV" files. I was trying out a music software program. The whole program was lame. But now I can't delete these two files. I'm not talking about the programs. I'm talking about the files that go with the program. Their extension is .viv as far as I can tell. These files are really annoying. When I right-click to look at the properties, it won't let me even do that. And when I try to delete them, the computer hangs. I saw a program on the internet called MegaSweep. I'm not sure if that is the solution. I think these VIV files are corrupt. So maybe I have to logon as an administrator. I'll try that but I'm not sure. I'm using Vista, but I think it would be the same solution as XP to kill these files. Any ideas? |
