How can I search for next comment (not next change) in Word?

There is a Reviewer function that enables you to find and move to the next
tracked change, but how can I move to the next comment, ignoring tracked
changes?

Press Ctrl+Alt+Home and then select Comment as the object to be browsed for
and then use the double up and down arrows at the foot of the vertical
scroll bar.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Doug. You have given me the perfect answer and introduced me to a more
general function that I didn't even know exists. I've also discovered the
little dot button at the bottom of the vertical scroll bar that can be used
instead of Ctrl+Alt+Home.
